Clara Rathfon Memorial Scholarship

Recipient must be a graduating senior in an Indiana high school or a student at Indiana State University. Preference will be given to students graduating from a high school in Cass County, Indiana. Recipient must have demonstrated interest and ability in a college education. Character, moral standards, and financial need are factors in determining recipients.
