Valley Rehabilitation & Performance Annual Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to provide annual support to Doctor of Physical Therapy students.

The recipient must be a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program; preference to students who reside in Indiana; preference to students who plan to work in rural and underserved communities upon graduation; not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply to receive scholarship for up to two total academic years.
