ATI Physical Therapy - Doctor of Physical Therapy Annual Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to provide support to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students at Indiana State University.

Recipients must be a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program; first preference to an employee of ATI Physical Therapy; preference to students who reside in Indiana; preference to students who plan to work in rural and underserved communities upon graduation, including but not limited to Vigo and surrounding counties; not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply to receive scholarship for up to two total academic years.
