Harvest Health and Rehab Annual Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to provide annual support to Doctor of Physical Therapy students and master’s-level Speech-Language Pathology students.

One recipient must be a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program; the second recipient must be a student in the master’s-level Speech-Language Pathology program; preference to students who reside in Indiana; preference to students who plan to work in rural and underserved communities within Indiana upon graduation; awarded annually and students may receive the scholarship for up to two total years, but they must reapply each year.
