Advantage Therapy - Doctor of Physical Therapy Annual Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to provide support to 2nd or 3rd year Doctor of Physical Therapy students.

Recipients must be students in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program; recipients must submit an essay describing how they are demonstrating community and DPT program enhancement; preference to 3rd year students but may be awarded to 2nd year; preference to students who reside in Indiana and those who plan to practice in Indiana; preference to students who plan to work in rural and underserved communities upon graduation; student may receive the scholarship a total of 2 times but must reapply each year.
