Paul Cooper Memorial Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to provide support to students at Indiana State University who have financial need and seek to expand their human thought while a student.

Recipient must demonstrate financial need; must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher; recipient must be a full-time student in good standing; preference to a member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity; graduate students who are members of Omega Psi Phi fraternity may be considered if no undergraduate Omega Psi Phi members apply; not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply.
