Michael Evan Smith Memorial Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to honor the memory of the donor’s brother, Michael Evan Smith, and to provide support to students who are pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling in the Bayh College of Education. Michael worked as a counselor in the Student Counseling Center at Indiana State University from 2008-2020.

Recipient must demonstrate financial need; must have GPA of 2.5 or higher; must be pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or School Counseling in BCOE; not automatically renewable but students may reapply for subsequent awards.
