Pi Kappa Alpha Faith-Centered Life Award
The intent of this fund is to provide scholarship support to a student who is an active member of the Theta Omicron chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity who recognizes the centrality of faith in building a life with meaning. The donor was a two-time president of Pi Kappa Alpha at Indiana State University and created this endowment to assist students active in Pi Kappa Alpha. The donor is grounded in his faith and understands the importance of respecting others’ different faith traditions; this scholarship is meant to honor a student who shows strong leadership qualities, lives a purpose-driven life, and honors the faith traditions of all people.
The recipient must be a full-time student in good standing who is a member in good standing of the Theta Omicron chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha; must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have a commitment to a purpose-driven life; not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply in subsequent years.
