Kenneth Papkoff Memorial Scholarship

Recipient shall be enrolled in the Professional Pilot Program or the two-year general aviation flight option program at Indiana State University. Students pursuing degrees in Unmanned Systems or Aviation Management are also eligible. Recipient shall have a 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Previous recipient(s) may reapply.
