Consideration for this award shall be given to an ISU student who meets the following criteria:
-Enrolled full time as a student majoring in English
-Recipient’s GPA must be a minimum of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
-Recipient must prepare a paper on folklore according to application guidelines
