Harry Smith Memorial Scholarship

1. Scholarship shall be awarded only to full time students from Washington High School in Washington, IN. 2. Attending or proposing to attend Indiana State University as a student majoring in industrial arts.

If no students from Washington H.S. are eligible, then any student from Indiana majoring in industrial arts may be awarded this scholarship.
