Charles H. and Lucile B. Spencer Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is established by Charles H. and Lucile B. Spencer to benefit deserving students attending ISU. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer were both ISU alumni (Charles in the class of 1933, Lucile in the class of 1930); it was their desire to leave a legacy for future ISU students.

Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time, and must be a resident of a state other than Indiana. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. The recipient shall be selected by a committee of three individuals to be appointed by the Indiana State University Foundation.
