Dr. Richard D. Spear Scholarship

Recipient shall be a worthy student enrolled full-time at ISU in the College of Health and Human Services.
Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
Recipient must be entering his/her junior year.
