Russell Mae McCracken Memorial Scholarship

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to Indiana State University student(s) who meet(s) the following criteria:

• A deserving graduate of a Vigo County High School who is enrolled or who will enroll full time in the Indiana State University Bayh College of Education.
• It is preferred that the recipient maintain a B average (3.0 on a 4.0 scale), and possess the necessary attributes to succeed at the university level.
• The recipient should exhibit financial need.
