John A. Boyd Journalism Scholarship

1) Recipient may be an entering freshman, entering transfer student, or continuing student at ISU; 2) A recipient who is a continuing student must have a grade point average of at least 2.75; 3) The recipient should be a journalism major who is considering either a professional newspaper or magazine career as a reporter, editor, photographer or a career as a teacher of journalism. 4) The scholarship may be received multiple times, but renewal is not automatic; previous recipients must reapply. 5) More than one winner may be chosen depending on the amount of income generated by the fund from investments.
