(1)Bailey College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) student preparing for a teaching career (2) Student should have completed at least sixty hours toward a baccalaureate degree, (3) student should exhibit financial need and be working to assist themselves financially, (4) It is preferred that the recipient(s) be graduates of high schools located in Parke, Fountain, or Allen counties in Indiana. May be renewed for one year. if student applies.
