This scholarship is established for the benefit of deserving students enrolled at ISU by a generous gift from the estate of Mrs. Lenore Dill.
Recipient can be an undergraduate student, (rising sophomore, junior, or senior or graduate students who are enrolled) with demonstrated financial need and good academic standing.
