Paul and Irene Asher Scholarship

The recipient of the scholarship shall be a deserving student enrolled (or who plans to enroll) in Indiana State University and who has graduated from Owen Valley High School. The recipient should demonstrate some financial need and should have graduated in the upper 25 percent of the high school graduating class.
