Betty and Leon Wills Endowed Technology Scholarship

The intent of this scholarship is to honor the memory of the donor’s parents, Betty and Leon Wills, by providing support to motivated students pursuing degrees in the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology (BCET) at Indiana State University.

Recipient must be a major within BCET; must demonstrate financial need; must have GPA of 3.0 or higher; must be full-time, on-campus student; not automatically renewable but recipients may reapply for subsequent awards.
