James McDowell Award

Consideration shall be based on the following criteria: (1) The recipient must be sophomore or a junior during the current semester, (2) The recipient should be active on campus, local or state politics in Indiana or Illinois, (3) The recipient must be a Political Science or Legal Studies major. (4) The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
