Kelley L. Bledsoe Memorial Scholarship

• Graduate of North Central High School (or the Sullivan County community populating North Central in 1982) who is ranked in the upper third of his/her graduating class.
• A worthy and deserving student exhibiting exceptional qualities. The recipient shall be a self-starter with an industrious attitude toward succeeding and demonstrating a strong desire for furthering his/her education.
