Ray and Adelaide Hahn Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the donor to honor his parents’ legacy through support to one Bayh College of Education student who will be graduating within the academic year of the award. Preference will be given to a student from the Wabash Valley, who is from a large family, and who is a first-generation college student.

The recipient must demonstrate financial need; must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; must be an Education major within the Bayh College of Education; must be a rising senior who will graduate in the year of the award; preference to a Wabash Valley resident (Vigo County and the surrounding counties); preference to a first-generation college student; preference to someone who comes from a family with at least three children.

*The Wabash Valley includes Posey, Gibson, Vigo, Clay, Sullivan, Vermillion, Parke, Greene, Putnam, Owen, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Fountain, and Tippecanoe counties in Indiana; and Clark, Edgar, Crawford, Jasper, Cumberland, Coles, Douglas, Gallatin, Edwards, Wabash, and White counties in Illinois.
