Madonna Owen and Linda Owen Scholarship

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to an Indiana State University student who meets the following criteria:

Must demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid
Recipient must be an incoming freshman
Must be student enrolled full-time, majoring in either Elementary Education or Speech Communication within the Bayh College of Education
Must be an Indiana resident
First preference to a female student
Preference to students with a GPA between 2.5-3.0
Preference to students who are in a musical group or organization (Marching Band, Concert Band, Choral Group, etc.)
The scholarship is automatically renewed annually for three additional years as long as the student continues to meet all required criteria
