Dr. Max E. Douglas Servant Leadership Scholarship

Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to a deserving Indiana State University student(s) who meets the following criteria:
1. Current student of junior or senior standing who has attained at least a 3.0 GPA with preference given to Business Management majors.
2. A student who is of high character.
3. A student who has been engaged in community service projects, with a preference given to students involved in off-campus stakeholders.
4. A student who understands the importance of ethical decision making personally and professionally.
5. A student who emulates the ideals of servant leadership as explained by the ISU Alliance for Servant Leadership as listed below:
a. Transformation
b. Personal Growth
c. Enabling Environment
d. Service
e. Trusting Relationships
f. Creating Commitment
g. Community-building
h. Nurturing the Spirit
6. Applicants must write brief statement about their ideas of servant leadership and examples of their practice of it since they have been at ISU when applying for this scholarship.
