Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to an Indiana State University student as follows: (1) Declared major in the School of Music with emphasis in choral studies or voice, (2) Incoming freshman renewable for seven (7) additional semesters providing a minimum 3.2 GPA is maintained on 4.0 scale
