David and Carolyn Thomas Scholarship

Recipient must be a graduate of a high school in Clay County, Indiana who is pursuing a four year degree at Indiana State University. Recipient must have a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale, and have participated in at least two activities while in high school. Recipient must demonstrate leadership potential. Recipient must participate in Indiana State University activities to qualify for scholarship renewal each year. If eligible, a student can be awarded the scholarship for a maximum of four years. Financial need may be used as a tertiary criteria.
