M. Frances Bliss-Hill Endowed Scholarship

Recipient must be either a high school senior from accredited high schools within the designated geographic areas of Gary and Lake County Indiana or a currently enrolled sophomore at Indiana State University with a hometown address from the designated geographic area. Recipient must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA upon application and receipt of assistance from the fund. Recipient must have demonstrated financial need.
