Stella A. Ringer Memorial Scholarship

Recipient shall be either an ISU undergraduate or graduate student preparing to work with hearing impaired.

If there are no qualified undergraduate or graduate students planning to work with the hearing impaired, then scholarship consideration may be given to ISU undergraduate or graduate students preparing to work with the sight impaired or physically / mentally handicapped.
